Yes it has been repaired. Looks to of been done at the same time as the tag was added. Same stitching and everything along those lines...

Folded and sewn for fit was my thoughts. I think I have an armband that shows a similar fold and stitch holes but the threads have been removed.

Kyle, I'll see what I can get the camera to do. It's a printed H.J.
