Far away from being an expert but to me this dagger looks like a totally legit and known variant of a period manufactured EICKHORN dagger under the period use of WKC part/s (the crossguard and perhaps the pommel eagle).
Just my humble opinion due to my limited experiences.

To avoid that the thread gets useless soon I load down the pics from the puplic view site
