Well, at long last, I have an WMW example. This came from Joe Pankowsky and Steve Wolfe who bought it one step away from the vet's family. Maybe Ron can tell me how many he knows of, but from his book and the one Don had, I know of serial numbers 48, 58, 96, 107.
