I HAVE RECEIVED 3 EMAILS FROM PAWEL NOWAK SOLICITING ME TO PURCHASE S.S. AND N.S.K.K. DAGGERS EXACTLY ONE DAY AFTER BECOMING A MEMBER HERE.GRATEFULLY I HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF HIS SCAMS THANKS TO THIS AND OTHER FORUMS. APPARENTLY HE HAS WORKED HIS SCAM FRUITFULLY FOR A WHILE NOW. WHY HASN'T HE BEEN CAUGHT AND PENALIZED YET???

Well, what it boils down to is a combination of benign neglect on the part of authorities, and as some have suggested, being protected by the very Authorities in his town that should arrest him..there may be some sort of kick back involved there. Many times the issue has been brought up with the authorities but to no avail. I imagine he feels pretty invincible by now. I do know that he is still at it after getting the living hell beat out of him a while back..It must be lucrative to keep returning time and time again to the scene of the crime, even under pain of a beat down.
