Hello, Can anyone please tell me what this holster is and from what period? Also is anyone able to decipher the inside writing? I've been told WWII and it came with a Walther PPK inside. I'm lost on that one. It doesn't look like the various WWII period German drop holsters I've seen.

This is a poswar police drop holster. Probably Austrian Polizei for the Walther PP. These were worn attached to the trouser belt and worn through a slit in the tunic pocket.
