some thing a little newer, mid 1980s. stinger... dummy/ trainer. this is what the afgans used to take down Russian helicopters; which we (cia) gave them. after the russian left ,we had to buy them back !! 2 were unaccounted for , one was sold to china ,the other sold to russia.
just part of the collection. and yes I do own daggers too. jeff

Thank you gents ! it's only large.... 1) because I get lucky 2)my father was a collector (minor before I was born) ,so it was always around me. 3) brought home my first items = 3 m65 jackets from the viet nam vet tossing them out , When I was 6 !! 4) I'm not specific into one era or country. own items from the civil war through today . prefer u.s & german ww2 ,And viet nam war . not all is in the best condition, ect. 5) people know this is what I buy, so others see stuff & let me know. 7) when I go out and about ...wearing a ww2 Ike jacket always helps spark up a conversation (or other items). has helped me buy stuff !
I actually own 11 k98s , at least half came to me ,via others . I did not even have to leave my house to add them to the collection. just let a few know that was what I was looking to buy. was easy, seems most "collectors" these days want to be mini dealers. I have gear , uniforms, ect. in boxes that has not seen the light of day in years. I rarely sell anything. thank you for your comments !! sorry for the so-so photos.one day great photos , next day all junk (bad lighting too.) jeff

see Larry ,I collect more than just daggers ,or make case for them. I have other items but, the receivers are still cut up , so don't look so good in photos. yep , I know many collections that went by by after divorces. I've been told to just open a museum, so I could view my collection. jeff
