Hello,
Not so easy to answer. Is this a small one or large? These are faked a lot. Most of the "small" ones are bad. Fortunately the bad ones usually glow with a black light. Did you test this one?

I think it is the small one,about 10x10cm.
And yes it glows under black light.

Hello,
I think that best. I believe there are authentic "small" eagles for the warm up jacket BUT many, many repros were made in the 70's, and they all glow under BL. Yours seems to be one of those.
