Curious that there are so many screw holes in the scabbard. And the screws that are there, at the throat, appear to have been "played" with. ~ Ian

The two extra holes in the scabbard (the one near the top and the one near the tip) are not screw holes and appear to have been drilled. Another dagger I bought from the same collection had the same two holes drilled in the scabbard. I would assume for hanging display purposes. I am just glad he didn't drill into the daggers themselves.

The svastika seems a bit smaller than I�ve at other diplomats. (Paul has one an his site for insatnce for comparison)
Does anyone agree?
