I don't know if its an Alteste (do a search on the WAF for it--too long to go into here), but its a definate fake. It even has the infamous "pumpkinhead" fake skull. Chinstrap is probably a real one lifted from a DAF cap.

Hello All,

sorry for the time,

the "Alteste" model are first real fake manufactured arround 1955-65 for the movie studio, theater...

the skull is always fake also...
