Thanks for your help. Any input as the authenticy, parts, fake appreciated.
RZM SS daggers are a new area for me, and this forum really helps since I would not be buying this directly from the vet (I wish!).

Looks like a nice dagger to me. There is a simular dagger in TW's SS book on page 172, although it is a 1197/39 instead of 1197/38.

All looks good to me too.

I've seen at least 3 RZM 1197/XX in the past 6 months been sold on auction sites in Europe.

Sometimes it can throw people because of the way the "7" is written but there's nothing wrong with it and it's perfectly normal.
