Picked this up today with other items at the local pawn shop.

Shell is a HKP 64.

That helmet is Mine..... I had to hock it last month when I went on a drinking binge.

Would you be so kind as to redeem my ticket for it?

It doesn't hurt to ask if they ever get any German stuff in. The owner of the shop had all this stuff in the back. He didn't know if it was any good, or what it was worth. He had a couple so-called collecters look it all over, and tell him that it wasn't any good. I was honest with him about the value, and told him that I felt it wss all good stuff, and he decided to sell me the whole lot for a really good price. He also now knows to call me when he gets anything else in. Cool
