Oh the old explanation, of cause I would never of guessed "an uncommon maker" good one that one. In fact it is so much an uncommon maker that no one has ever seen an enameled one, and just look at how fantastic the enameling is, it dont run over anywhere, I can just see the RZM saying "what a wonderful job you have done there" just look matches all those enameled medals that all run as well.
