Also--I have never seen a gold one of this model that I thought was original. There are some other models of the Eickhorn that are gold and original. Download my FREE guide. Here are a couple of textbook originals. The one on the left was discontinued in about 1936 and may bear stamped TM,s from 1933-34 and the 35-41. It also comes in a rare short model( I have only seen one-I sold it to Gary) ![Big Grin](http://daggers.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif) Also the correct knot for these is the all green bayonet type with the round green ball. The one on Ebay has a subordinate Forestry knot with flat green knot.
