how much $5,750.00 am i missing some thing or is the winner missing some brain cells?

I have seen this before, Eban let's the "live auction" post anything they want show the swas and all, i call this discrimination because if you or i were to put the same pictures on Eban it would be pulled quicker than you could blink an eye, why do they do this i have no idea.
Personaly i think every member who sees this post should report the "Live Auction" to ebay and i bet they still will not pull the listings that you or i could not post. As far as i'm concerned ebay can kiss my.... money good by i'll never list another item on that site. If you notice they upped their listing fees, final value to 8% plus the 4% paypal fees, all said and done you get charged around 13% not to mention you have to have a paypal account to list on Ebans site. Also their was a time not so long ago you could relist an item if it did not sell the first time around and not get charged a second listing fee it was free, now they charge you an additional listing fee the second time around. Times are tough for everyone and the little guy gets hit time and time again. I say no more to Ebay and list my items elsewhere.
