Ray : A great tunic --and the pants with it ! Looks like he had a long Ribbon bar ; I would guess with a lot of awards from WWI on it AND police service time . The KVK I would have been worn on the lower center of the front pocket , just like the EK 1 , --and not like you have it now ! May be he had a SA or the older type DLR or DLA sports badge where you have now the KVK I .
