Thanks for the photos Landser, I misunderstood when Ford said scabbard ends! Like a dope I looked at the bottom and top of the scabbard not realising Ford meant the scabbard bands. Not it makes sense to me. Ford your knowledge on this sublect is "Immense" and I thank you for your input. Providence fell upon me since this is my one and only Army that I have. Wittmanns desription of it back then was generic so I thought I had a common Army with a few extra "goodies that came with it. One of these days I might think about trading it for a Chained SS, but Im sure that is quite laughable, but yet its possible. Thanks again Larry
