Hey Ford, This is going to sound silly since I am not an Army collector,,but I looked on both ends of the scabbard and did not see any indication of the 2 acorns on it. The scabbard I have is pretty well plain except for the carrying bands. Can you post a picture of this, I would like to see it. Also is it possible that this is an Eichorn scabbard? Best Larry
