Gentlemen,
I found this overseascap. I'm not sure: the piping is red, not orange. What is it? firefighter, Railway oder post?
Are there any red flags by what you can see? it doesn't lighten under UV.
Any comments are welcome.

Looks to have a panzer ****ade to me. I would guess a firemans cap but, hopefully you will hear from somebody more knowledgeable than me.
