I rather like your tunic as well. The cap is seemingly a DJ or HJ cap but this is certainly possible for a Schuma cap. I don't see any real red flags as these uniforms were in fact re-issued by the Polizei. I would expect to see either a well worn uniform or one that was not issued and sat in a warehouse. Period photographs show these troops in reworked police tunics with a variety of insignia. Some with collar tabs and shoulder boards and some without. Some with sleeve eagles and some without. These are very interesting and controversial uniforms and not for the stitch counter or the faint at heart.
