I like this topic in a way.I am buying HJs by makers not condition.I do like to have better condition daggers but sometime when collecting makers its hard to find nice ones.Its seems weird latly watching all the HJ daggers that are for sale,I have seen very common makers sell for more than uncommon makers,even in about the same shape.It just tells me that there are not many of us maker collectors out there.
I have a Gustov Voos HJ dagger.The shape is not by anymeans mint or even close but try to find another.I know of 2 and I own one.So to me Yes I would pay more for a uncommon maker than any mint common maker.
