Looks 100% original to me. Scabbard seems to be period repainted black (I see it often on Hammesfahr daggers), but it's O.K. The condition is not the best one, but it's decent and is going to make a good starter of your "blackies" collection. Let me guess, is the crossguard marked with Roman "III"?
