The 1% expression, is used more as a figure of speech than actual facts.
I have one of these so called 1% anodized HJ scabbard and I still think that they are still extremelly rare, as I never see them around.
How rare ? Perhaps 2% ?
Nobody has any specific datas on these but they are still damn rare and I wouldn't be surprised if 1 out every 100 only have an anodized scabbard.
But wait, does 1 out every 100 still makes 1%
