the brocade belt is incorrect for luft...it looks like a forestry belt to me...i dont like the buckle as it doesnt have any rivets holding the eagle to the buckle face,,,see the several pics that i posted of one in the FOR SALE section(still available by the way),,,

your belt may be authentic but i would discount the buckle from being so,,not enough crisp detail for my liking,,Robert

Thanks form opinion. This buckle does have 2 rivets. Here is a picture I zoomed in and edited. I have circles the rivets. If you look close you can see them. This is an early buckle with the droop tail eagle.

aha! ,,,i seen them now,,,well i will revise my opinion of the buckle then,,but belt isnt the luft variety...thanks for pointing out the rivets,,boy are they small..Robert

Robert. I thought the blet looked funny to so I emailed the lady I got it from and asked her if there was line between the 2 green ones and she said there is a small red line so the belt must be luftwaffe? Ididn't ask her if there was a red line just a line!

SSman,,,i believe the lines on the brocade belt should be black not green..perhaps you have an army brocade belt?..Robert

Could be Robert. I will know when I get it and will take better pictures. These are the ones that were sent to me while I was dealing for it. No matter what the buckle is worth more than I gave for the set!
