It would be interesting to find out when the Regiment Todt was seconded to the SS?? I do not believe that the Todt was taken over by the SS as photographic evidence exists that would suggest that this cufftitle was some sort of function much like the Deutsche Wehrmacht title. Is this true? can someone throw some light on this?
