Here is an unusual photo postcard I recently purchased. It shows a DLV or NSFK dagger in wear. I am not sure which is which and what is the uniform this fellow is wearing. Can anyone please help me to identify the wearing and his dagger? Thanks.

ODD, THE GUY IS WEARING A LUFTWAFFE CAP WITH THE DLV UNIFORM. POSSIBLY THIS IS A GI DRESSED UP IN HIS CAPTURED LOOT.
