Comparing this ring to the one Craig Gottlieb has, with the same date , I believe this Lehnert Ring to be a copy .

I was looking at this as a reproduction from the start . Craig Gottlieb has one issued on the same date and it is miles apart . Some time ago this ring was sold to current owner as original by a repetable dealer . Do not know who it was and what the return policy is .
One thing I was looking for : does someone have or is there a list of receipiant names that have been used on these post war copy SS Rings ?
