Your dagger looks totally correct to me. I half way suspect that until you took it apart, it had been un touched.

As to the grip. There is usually some shrinkage to the leather washer which causes the grips to be a little loose. I do not recommend trying to tighten the grip as you might strip something.

Past that, this looks really good.

But, please keep in mind that many people do not consider this to be a Railway dagger, but rather an army dagger where the paint has come off the grip. This, of course, makes any discussion of hangers for this model, mute.
