I have a set of hangers which on the face of it appear to be Heer hangers other than they are on a gold backing and have traces of gold colour on the fittings. Can anyone help in identifying these?
Many thanks

HI LOOK LIKE GOLD WASH HANGERS POSSIBLY GENARALS? NOT SURE THEY ARE GENERALS MY THOUGHTS ARE MAYBE THESE ARE A HIGHER QUALITY PRIVATE PURCHASE AS THERE APPEARS TO BE NO DIRECTIVE FOR USE FOR GOLD TO BE WORN BY GENERALS AND MOST GOLD COLOURED ONES ARE LATER WAR STYLE,DOES ANYONE KNOW IF KNOTS AND HANGERS WERE ISSUED WITH THE DAGGER OR HAD TO BE BOUGHT.
THANKS DIPPY

Sorry, for me these are totally "normal" army hangers with slightly changed color of felt backing (due to age, light ans/or other sourrounding conditions within 60+ years). I also cannot recognize any gold wash on the hardware.
