Hello I know the Railway is total opposite color than this but this one is dark blue with yellow/gold color interwoven. thanks in advance

Well I know it's a 100% real vet bring back from WWII. no plastic or such. Is this Waterway Police? I know the shoulder eagles are Blue and gold?

I still think it's Railways. As I understand it, high officials wore a gold cord flecked w/the blue; middle ranks wore a cord colored half & half (gold & blue); lower middle ranks used a blue cord w/only some gold flecking (like yours). The enlisted ranks of course used the black leather chinstrap.
