Anyone have any recommendations for a closed display case for a German WWI butcher-blade bayonet? It's my great grandfathers so I want to keep it in a respectable case. It's 20" (50cm) length.

A good friend of mine, makes such cases for daggers.
I will post a picture this afternoon.
But unfortunetaly He lives in Germany....

Think every prof. woodworker can do such a case for less then 100 Dollars...

Skip Greenwade makes very nice custom cases for edged weapons. He sells them at the militaria shows.

Just use an ordinary 20" x 16" frame like this.

If you want to criticise someone first walk a mile in their shoes. Then, when they come after you, you'll be a mile ahead and they'll be barefoot.

Thanks. All except the bayo and the eagle are Polish fakes but they pad out the frame.
