I totally agree with you Nakida, prices go up every year because of supply and demand, but Tom's books seem to stimulate the demand side. Where there was heat in the market, his reference seems to act like a gasoline! There was a lot of talk about this little "phenomena" awhile back, when the prices on SS daggers (which have always led the upper end) spiked right after the release of his tome on SS daggers. Perhaps they create a parallel jump in interest or perhaps they just come out at the same time as a giant jump in the price of that particular dagger or perhaps it's the Internet. Whatever the root cause, book or psyche, I wouldn't be shocked to see the same kind of rise in price we saw with SS daggers, when he releases his next reference on SA daggers. Equally, I'll be delighted if history doesn't repeat itself!
