The chain is questionable,, looks brand new and does not match the patina of the cloverleaf clip,,and the lower crosguard is questionable also,, I have never seen a large Roman numeral "I" like the one shown. Although it has been seen that occasionally M36 daggers do have a Numeral stamping on the lower guard ,, but not that large. Looks to be a parts dagger!! Larry

It's a partsdagger for me also. I like the blade only.
