Yes, this buckle is original
The maker is
Dr. Franke & Co KG, Metallwarenfabrik, Hochstr. 26a, L�deenscheid
Dr Franke is a frequently arising manufacturer.

20USD...that's great.
I've a few Dr.Franke buckles in my collection.
Here you can see a Dr. Franke 1940 and 1941 and at last without leather tab a Dr. Franke from 1942.
The left one is a 1940 the middle one a 41 modell and the right a one a 42 modell.
