is 61 a proper maker mark for a war merit badge with swords. is 110 a proper maker mark for a russian front winter battle badge{eastern front medal. both are marked on the ring.

They are so common, I don't think a reproduction would be worth the effort, IMO. But I personally can't tell you about the numbers??

Adam, though common, both medals can be found as reproductions. I am not positive if or how the repro's are marked.
Mr. Bill Traylor, 61 is a known maker for the KVK 2nd class w. swds. 110 has been noted on Eastern Front medals but I do not remember what the concensus was. Will check.
