I cannot find that third kanji! The first two definitely are 両万 ryo/moro, man/ban [double/both-10,000]. I'm wondering if the third kanji is some variation of 歳 -- but it looks nothing like that!
IF it was 歳 .... the meaning COULD be "Double Banzai" [moro-banzai or ryo-banzai????????] ..... but I'm doubtful that's the correct meaning.
