Unfortunately there is no jawless cat lurking in my pile. Yes the only two that are the same model is an early and mid Eickhorn Wrangel Dove Nr 1693. Look how the eagle is facing the opposite direction.

I think that such "doubles" are the adornment of the collection! As a cherry on the cake.

Prinz Eugen would be quite to the topic. I wish you to find it in the new year.

I suppose he has it already but since this is a brass swords photo it doesn't belong here !!! What alloy is a PE made of exactly ?

I suppose german silver or silvered brass or zinc alloy depending on the size of the customer's purse.

Good afternoon

Would it be possible to have photos of the maker's logo on these two wrangels ?

Kurt the one with the eagle facing the right is a double oval squirrel which puts it around 35 to 38 and the one that faces left is a mid war sitting squirrel. I will try to post pictures if needed.

Some VERY NICE sabers!! smile smile It's interesting (and educational) to see the variations within the patterns used for making specific models - that you would think be all the same. Best Regards, Fred
