Don't have a list handy, but SS officer swords were made by Krebs, Muller (PMD) and "no maker." They are sometimes found with more common maker marks, such as "Eickhorn" and "WKC." This type is looked upon with skepticism by many collectors. They tend to be police-type swords with SS grips. They are plated steel and are easily disassembled by removing the pommel. The "Muller" or "Dachau" swords are of a later variety and have distinguishing characteristics. The "Krebs" and some "no maker" examples tend to be of earlier manufacture and have their own characteristics, There seem to be minor variants of both types. Police swords were made by many makers, including Krebs, WKC, Eickhorn, Rath, Holler, Puma, Alcoso, etc., etc. Tom Wittmann's excellent book on SS edged weapons has a list of makers, as well as tons of other interesting information. If you have an interest in these swords, I strongly suggest you acquire the book.
