Also--I have never seen a gold one of this model that I thought was original. There are some other models of the Eickhorn that are gold and original. Download my FREE guide. Here are a couple of textbook originals. The one on the left was discontinued in about 1936 and may bear stamped TM,s from 1933-34 and the 35-41. It also comes in a rare short model( I have only seen one-I sold it to Gary) Frown Big Grin Also the correct knot for these is the all green bayonet type with the round green ball. The one on Ebay has a subordinate Forestry knot with flat green knot.

Whats wrong with the one on the right Big Grin, it's the rare Imperial shooting association dagger from the 3rd Reich Cool.It was actually sold to me as an Imperial forestry hirschfnger with the Kaisers official seal on the clamshell. I had to buy it because it's so rare Smile.
