Well I finally found one!! I have placed an ad in all the little papers in the little towns around me for around 14 years in the wanted to buy sections for german war relics. Over the years I have found some nice stuff. In the helmet area I have picked up a couple single decal armys (one Normandy pattern camo) and a couple lufts, a police but never run across a SS one until Sunday. It came from the vets son and had been under a bed in his dads house. My resizer isn't working and Pvon has been nice enough to resize and will put the photos on when he gets time.

After closer look its number 906 (it wasn't an 8). and the chinstap is reall brittle and hard to make out. I think its BND and 41 under that.
