hey guys i need some opinions.
i have a chance to aquire a dd m42 luftwaffe helmet.it has approx 85 percent paint,original liner and rates about a 7/12 on a 1-10 scale.it is owned by a good friend and i dont want to beat him over the head but would still like a good deal for both of us.he found it as a kid playing army in the woods in pgh,pa.it was found with some water inside and some rust on the top.nothing major.i guess some kid got it good after losing his dads war trophy any help is greatly appreciated.i dont have pics and this is the only info i have right now.

Hard to say anything without pics, other than an M42 Luft should only be a SD Can you get pics?

i agree, the changes you have an original DD luft m42 are IMO 0%
that configuration didn't excist

i just talked with the guy who owns it,i was mistaken it is only a single decal on the left side.thanks
