Authentic crap fake inscription is what I see. Just like most of the items you have posted.

Maybe once a good Leica, but maybe a camera guy can opine about that.

You should consider looking elsewhere for your stuff

Lots of these on Ebay. They are made from Russian copies of the Leica II model D. Stamps are not contemporary with the camera.
