Ring is cink with silver plating-rests of the paint on the plate still visible.
For me a rather rare to get one.

I had one sold with a tinny a few years ago. Nice Ring. There is also a good book of this airbase, where they describe how to get document to be a Banak, from the captain of Banaks (it was made fun of).

Rare ring!!.. They came with paint,,but probably came off the first few times you wore it!.. I've only seen one in 40 years with full paint.. mine looks like this one..
I have s good write up for the ring,,it also had a award document!! Semi official like the 1st Geb. ring...
