Normally just a GD lurker, but I decided to post my 36 chained. I picked this up 4-5 years ago from Whittman. It was described by him as an uncleaned, near mint - these images are large (3mg) so let's see if it gets bounced.
Couple of questions... blade care - I normally hit it with 3-1 oil 1x a year. All the rest gets ren-waxed annually, then it's back to the shadow box for the piece. Is it okay to use a furniture wax on the wood to keep it from drying out, or will ren-wax take care of that. I've also been told to leave the semi green patina... which looks kinda neat. Appreciate comments -
I'm also curious what collectors are paying for something like this...
