I know what he was asking, if you got it for less than that then you did well in my eyes, I personally think it is up to the individual to repair or not, I have no problem with it myself.
Prices I thought were better than I have seen in some while, it's Birmingham next Sunday, I hope to find a few more decent pieces there, are you going??.

yes i will be going to birmingham next sunday went to the newark fair today and bought a 120/34 ss for a very good price admit ably from a walk in and a mint mid war km by eickhorn the laquer is so good it could almost have been applied yesterday !!! (but it wasnt i hope) dave had his normal selection of daggers .i did buy a couple of japs swords cheaply i think the new ban has effected their value?
