The dagger is an original type 1 Hammesfahr in very good condition although he was opened for sure. The lower guard is turned with the Roman number I to the front. He us also placed wrong in the scabbard. The patina of the scabbardfittings dont seem to match with the patina of the guards so question now is if the scabbard belongs to the dagger...

Another "minor" detail... the two screws holding the upper scabbard fitting are different. I guess the flat one is a replacement (always IMHO).

The same scabbard is for SA dagger from Gustav Voos, Solingen.
