Looking at this one, single side etched blade with Holler makers mark. Thing that is bothering me is the etch goes slightly over the makers mark?
Any opinions appreciated.
thanks

James:
Looks fine to me.
I have seen several cases where the etch hits or even extends into the maker mark on Holler etched bayonets, so no big deal. Typically on short blades, where the etch runs out of blade space.

Always looking for Eickhorns and etched bayonets.
