Was at the sos was a great show loved seeing some of the upper end stuff. But my complaint is this I tried to deal with some of the older dealers at the show and they acted like they could care less about me or my money Which they did not get. You know if they are so damn high and almighty than I would suggest staying home And let the rest of us have a good show .I 'am sure others got the same treatment at the show. Both my friend and I got it there from other dealers .I seen some younger folks ask some questions and the person did not even look up at them and they just walked away .I followed down and answered for them. I think if the people don't want to share there knowledge or want our money than get the hell out of the business. By the way been in the business 25 years now But am just damn tired of the high and all mighty why do we still give them are money.....

it is too bad when your passion and hobby becomes your business and livlihood and the almighty $$$ trumps everything so much so that you lose the passion and the thrill and forget why you began collecting in the first place

Sorry for the bad experience at the SOS this year. I did not make it this year, but have had the same thing happen to me at the SOS and the smaller Ohio shows. In all fairness, I think it is just people in general. I have had the same thing dished out to me at other shows, toy shows, antique shows, train shows, and even gun shows. I am members of several clubs, and it is just humans. Some think they are better than others. My times at the SOS showed the two Tom's very talkable and willing to share there opinion on others articles, but some dealers do not want to talk or sell to people they do not know on a first name basis. Just life I guess. Hope the show was great for all here. Ed
