Thought I would post a pic of my latest pickup. It is a Italian made silver ring with gilt accents made for participants of the Ethiopian campaign. This one has nice clear detail on the Lion of Judah cartouche(these are often very worn) and very detailed side pieces. Marked 800 on the shank and gilt interior.

It has the basic round 800 stamp used by the Italians. No makers mark, it may have worn down, or it may not have been added to begin with. This is a big ring, around a size 11 US, and with a 3/4 inch table. Standard hollow construction with ventholes.
