Im am no expert in this special rings but on the first view on this pics i can`t see any real faults.
A lot of more pics of this promising piece should be helpful.
The right (in pic) eye of the skull...is that a hole on the ground?

I like the outer band, looks like an early ring- has a 39 date so that seems ok for a transitional. I am not a fan of the inside though- lots of problems there IMHO- I have seen this ring before-- was it discussed on Wehrmacht awards?

A ring i would like to have in Hands for inspection.
An i am real interested in more opinions about.
Still see no real faults.

No way no how, many red flags on this one I'm afraid, good call mike, the fakers are getting so good, dare I say good enough to fool most, you almost have to see these in hand or microscopic to be sure now.....pretty sad really
