What do you guys think of this ring? I know there are reproductions of this pattern, but it looks like the originals. It was possibly re polished and cleaned.

this is my honest opinion on this skull ring first off some idiot polished the crap out of it buff the crap out of it also appears that this same idiot drilled the eyes out of it to set red eyes in the skulls eyes. do you go out of your way to find these quesnable skull rings then ask hey guys is this real well if this keeps up i think i will take my vacation time from this forum its really getting rediculas lately thanks have a great evening andy militarynut

I noticed the polish myself. I'm just trying to educate myself. If you don't want to comment then don't . My friend wants a Frey pattern ring very bad and I'm trying to find one in his price range because I don't want to part with mine. My buddy did me a solid favor so I'm trying to help him out. I may end up just giving him my tagged Frey ring, but I would like to find another first.

This ring was very affordable and he's fine with the repolish because of the price. I told him the repolish ruins it, but he doesn't agree, he is only concerned with originality and price. I know you believe it's impossible to find a original ring under $500 but I've never spent $500 on one and I have 5, 4 with tags bought from three different dealers, all within 2 months, so it is possible.


All I wanted to know is if the ring itself before the polish was original. My guess is that it is judging by the lack of cast marks, correct mark, and pattern, but that's just my guess . However If you don't want to comment then don't, it's that simple, no need to complain.I was just about to buy the Luftwaffe ring from you because I sold enough stuff to buy it, but now I will pass. Il keep my $750 and buy one from a nicer guy.

Now I'm the one who wants a vacation. I would never get mad at someone for trying to educate themselves on the forum. I know I ask a lot of opinions on stuff I don't know, but I also give a lot on helmets which I do know so it evens out.

Hymmm.... agree the best moment to take some vacation from this forum.

thanks for your responce on my post i wont ever responde to any questions or give you my opinion on your rings that you ask questions about maybe some of the outher members will thats great . i was finished with you back when you asked for pictures of my for sale rings once you received them you imidiatly whored them on the net you had no right to take any ones pictures of anything and whore them when you dont own the items . thats when i relized what kind of person you were am i mad hell no only dogs get mad that you didnt buy anything from me lets get it straight i am a nice guy i dont need your money i have enough to worry about my own money and the nice luft ring you speak of would never be yours any way not for sale to a nice guy like you who disrespected me also im still a nice guy shalome go in peace andy militarynut

Right, so I wrote a lengthy reply and then redacted it....many reasons for that, none are important.... so to address your concerns, i spoke with him via email very early this morning...So here you go- I doubt he'll mind the use of the quote (this is copied directly from his email..) I'm not even buying my laptop until next week at MicroCenter so just hang on,,,,,it will be ok... Remember, your just there to keep the peace..

Dear Mike do not feel offended due my input here and wishing Gaspare return. You do Your job great here and I see how much effort you make to keep this forum alive.

Gaspare is a good ghost here and his presence here made this place very friendly. His inputs wewe alwas as should be. I just can't accept some comments which are rude in my opinion. I'm against that and that is why some absence here will make me feel better.

I'm in permanent email contact with Gaspare but I do not and never will bother him with things that happen here.

I see no real problems in this topic starting ring.
Piotr is of course a honest guy and i am sure he knows his stuff.

And, very important, Mike makes as still told a real great job here.

this site should not be used by members to air their differences with other members, it distracts from what this site is all about. we are all here to learn and share our hobby.( just my thoughts )
